Main activities
A. EU and National funds consultancy
This activity is based on 15 years experience. Today, funds counseling presents the main part of company´s activities. Within this activity, our company offers advisory services in the field of all supporting programs at both national and EU level.
Advisory is based on long-time experience with debt and grant counseling. Our company prepared projects for its clients within the Sector Operational Programs, Pre-accession Funds (PHARE, ISPA) and 2005-2006 Structural Funds. Since 2007 company prepares projects for 2007 – 2013 Structural Funds.
Our company established long-term cooperation with the Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank, which is focused on providing assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the aim to provide an easier access to financial capital, share their business risk and reduce their project costs through different types of support tools as bank guarantees, preferential loans and financial subsidies.
B. Center for Starting Entrepreneurs
Since the 1992 company has been active in the field of advisory services for entrepreneurs who intend to start their first own business. These activities culminated in establishment of The Center for Starting Entrepreneurs in 2007. Center uses advisory background of the company, long time experience in consultancy services for SMEs and company advisers´ day to day contact with successful entrepreneurs. Center generates information, advice and guides which are important for everybody planning to start their own business. This advisory guarantees professional help and trustful partnership, which can lower entrepreneurial risks.
C. Center for Economic Cooperation with China
Center for Economic Cooperation with China (CECC) is relatively new activity of the JVM-RPIC. It was established in February 2008 on the base of Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the Zlín and the Shandong regions.
In close cooperation with the Zlín region, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and other partners, the CECC is monitoring possibilities of mutual business opportunities for both Czech and Chinese entrepreneurs. In this field CECCC is able to help companies with preparation of market analyses, search for suitable business partners and other services.
D. Regional Projects
JVM-RPIC participates in the creation and realization of the regional development projects. In this field we can offer knowledge-based advisory for national and regional authorities. This type of advisory is mainly related to the problems of small and middle enterprises.
